Please follow the next steps to obtain your mortgage loan: |

Apply Online
Complete and submit your application. Before starting, have the following information handy:
• Borrower Information - The basics about you
• Property Information - The basics about the property you want to finance
• Income – How much you make
• Assets – How much you have saved for the down payment and closing costs

Get Credit Pre-Approval
We review your application and give you a loan estimate with the loan amount and specific programs you pre-qualify for. This doesn’t mean your loan has been approved or denied; it only reflects the type of loan program we can offer.

|
|
Sign to Move Forward
We send an email with an initial disclosure packet that gives you details about your loan such as interest rate, monthly payment, and estimated closing costs, among others. If you decide to move forward, sign the documents via DocuSign.

|
|
Processing your Loan
We ask for some support documents to verify the information you provided in the application. In the meantime, we order the appraisal and property title report and the flood certification.

|
|
|
Get the Final Approval
After we underwrite all the information from your loan application and your loan is approved, we give you a loan commitment letter and prepare your loan for closing.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Closing the Loan
Five days prior to the closing day, you receive the closing disclosure so you have time to review the final loan terms and costs beforehand.
On the day of the closing, the chosen title settlement company will explain and hand all the loan documents for you to review and sign.
Once we receive the signed documents, the settlement company distributes the respective payments and record all the documents.
