Updates coming to the Online Banking and Mobile App on April 14th!
As part of our ongoing effort to improve your online and mobile banking experience and to ensure the most up-to-date security protocols to protect your account are in place, we are performing a series of updates with enhanced features you will love.
What’s in this Update
On April 14th, our Online and Mobile Banking will add an extra layer of protection to its already best-in-class security structure to detect and block any malicious attempts to log into your account.*
*In the case it happens, an ‘Access Denied’ message would display, but there is nothing to worry about; it only indicates that the attempt didn’t go through. The chances for you to see that ‘Access Denied’ message are extremely low, but in case you ever see it, please take a screenshot including the reference number and send it to [email protected]. Note that you would still be able to access your account using a different device or network.
What you have to do
The Online Banking will automatically include the enhancement on April 14th, so you don’t have to do anything.
