How to Start Preparing
Now that you are aware of our merger, here are some recommendations for what you can do to make the transition easier:

We’re working to keep you informed throughout the whole process and make the transition as smooth as possible. Watch for periodic communications by e-mail and on our website with important information.

Make sure that we have your most current contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing address. This is very important to keep you informed and to avoid any problems when establishing your new Online and mobile banking access.

The conversion is scheduled to start on May 31, 2019 at 5:00 pm until June 3, 2019 at 9:00 am. During these days, some products and services will be interrupted.






Some information won’t be transferred to the new system and won’t be available after the conversion:

Take note of all Bill Pay payees’ information, recurring payments dates, and payment history before the conversion date. You will need to set up your Bill Pay in the new platform.

Print and/or save a year’s worth of eStatements for your records. Your Credit Union statements from previous years will no longer be available after the conversion.
